Q.	I'm on my 7th year extension and my company is applied for 3 years extension as my I-140 was approved. "Can I change my job to a different company", is it possible to move to a different company in 7th year extension?

Q.	I'm on my 7th year extension and my company is applied for 3 years extension as my I-140 was approved. "Can I change my job to a different company", is it possible to move to a different company in 7th year extension?
	Yes it is possible. You don’t have to work for the company that filed the I-140 to get an extension on your H-1. (The employer should not withdraw the I-140). I suggest you file for a H-1 transfer before the employer withdraws the I-140.
Q.	I got my GC 6 months back. I am working for the same company. Can I change the company now?
	yes you can, you have worked for 6 months that is the required time.
