Q.	Is a student allowed 12 months of OPT after an MBA if he has already used 12 months OPT after an M.S. in 2000?

	Yes.
Q.	After 6 year H-1B period, can anybody switch to F1 easily? Is there is any limit on that?
	Yes you can switch you F-1 as long as you do it before your I-94 expires. You can be on an F-1 for as long as you are a student.
