Q.	Can my spouse and I take up part-time jobs in addition to full- time jobs with the EAD card when the I-485 is pending with the USCSC?
Q.	I have an EAD (I-485 is Pending in EB3 category). 1. Can I work (legally) for any employer on 1099 on a part time basis apart from my full time job? 2. Is it legal to work on 1099 basis (dependents - full time) on EAD?

	yes, an EAD card allows you to work for any employer and does not have the restrictions that the H-1 has.

	Yes you can work, no problem with EAD, those requirements are for H-1b only.
